Compartmentation protects patients who cannot self-evacuate, and every penetration, damper and wall separation matters. We work to full healthcare standards and deliver the documentation hospital facility managers need.

Residential towers and strata — mid-rise and high-rise residential in Parramatta and surrounds needs careful SOU separation, lightweight construction shaftliner to services cores, fire-rated doors, access panels and hoppers to fire resisting shafts, fire seals protecting openings in fire resisting components, and fire stopping at every pipe, cable and duct penetration between units. Our accreditation means the endorsements we issue and the items we install are recognised by certifiers and compliant with the Competent Fire Safety Practitioner requirements under NSW EP&A Regulation 2021. We also act as your Fire Safety Assessor for passive items on the AFSS, with inspections to AS1851 and full documentation for strata, building management and Council lodgement.
